Thai Basil

Thai Basil

  • 4 Fresh Thai Basil Leaves
  • 6 small cubes of Fresh Pineapple 
  • 3/4 oz. fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (or to taste.  Can also use honey syrup or agave nectar)
Muddle all in the bottom of mixing glass.

  • Add 2.5 oz. Junipero Gin (San Fran) or Sarticious Gin (Santa Cruz). Vodka can be used instead of Gin...if you must!
  • Ice
Shake and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 1 fresh basil leaf.
