In bottom of mixing glass:
- 1/2 oz. Limoncello
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Muddle Gently
- Add 1 oz. Fresh Pear Puree
- Add Ice, and then:
- 1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash, Regans Orange Bitters
Shake very well; fine-strain into 14 oz. Collins Glass filled with fresh ice.
Top W/ Fever Tree brand Ginger Ale or Bundaberg brand Ginger Beer
Garnish with Candied Ginger slice and Mint Sprig; sip and savor the fresh pear, crisp citrus, and spicy ginger...balanced and mingling toegether in perfect harmony!
