The Tuscan Pear

Tuscan Pear
(J.C... April, 2008)

In bottom of mixing glass:

  • 1/2 oz. Limoncello
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Muddle Gently
  • Add 1 oz. Fresh Pear Puree
  • Add Ice, and then:
  • 1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Poire Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Dash, Regans Orange Bitters
    Shake very well; fine-strain into 14 oz. Collins Glass filled with fresh ice.
    Top W/ Fever Tree brand Ginger Ale or Bundaberg brand Ginger Beer
    Garnish with Candied Ginger slice and Mint Sprig; sip and savor the fresh pear, crisp citrus, and spicy ginger...balanced and mingling toegether in perfect harmony!
