Saffron




BUDDHA'S HAND (In The Saffron Jar)!

- 3 pinches Saffron
- 1 large Cucumber Wheel
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- Muddle in bottom of mixing glass
- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz. Hangar 1 Buddha's Hand Citrus Vodka
- Add Ice
- Shake and Strain over fresh ice into Highball Glass
- Top with Splash Of Club Soda
- Garnish With Long Orange Twist (make sure the orange oil from the twist coats the top of the drink)



PINEAPPLE SAFFRON SOUR

- .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 3 pinches Saffron
- Muddle in bottom of mixing glass
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1.5 oz. Pisco (Peruvian Brandy)
- Egg White from 1 small egg
- Add Ice
- Shake vigorously with ice, strain into Champagne Flute
- Top with 3 Dashes Fee Brothers, Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish With Mint Sprig, Dusted with Powdered Sugar
