Autumn Cocktails


AUTUMN VINEYARD
8 to 10 red, seedless grapes
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup, or to taste
1/2 of a Rosemary Sprig
Muddle Well
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Peychaud Bitters
1 oz. Riesling wine
1.5 oz Square 1 Botanical
Add ice
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with 3 skewered grapes



FALL HARVEST
1 oz. Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
1 oz. St. George Pear Eau de Vie
1/2 oz. Berentzens Pear Schnapps
1/2 oz. Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Grade B Maple Syrup
1/2 oz. Egg White
2 dashes Cinnamon Bitters
Shake without ice to froth the egg whites
Add ice; shake again
Strain into a chilled coup glass
Garnish with a lemon twist
Dust with grated nutmeg

ARAWACK
1 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 small disc of serrano chile (leave a couple seeds in)
8 cilantro leaves
Muddle very lightly for just a few seconds
1 oz. POM Wonderful pomegranate juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1.25 oz. Batiste Rhum Blanc
1/2 oz. Coruba Dark Jamaican Rum
Shake, fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lime wheel and cilantro sprig
