Autumn Cocktail List @ WCYC

Here's my new, fall cocktail list at the Walnut Creek Yacht Club:

SEASONAL FLAVORS

Fall Harvest
St. George Pear Eau de Vie, Berentzens pear liqueur, Velvet Falernum, maple syrup, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon bitters, egg white; served "up"

Apple-Ginger Smash
Fresh fuji apple muddled with fresh ginger; Berentzens Apple Liqueur, Clear Creek Apple Brandy, fresh lemon juice, St Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Angostura bitters; served short over crushed ice w/grated nutmeg

Autumn Vineyard
Red, seedless grapes muddled with fresh rosemary and honey syrup, Bombay gin, Mt. Difficulty Riesling, Peychaud bitters, fresh lemon juice; served "up"

SAILOR'S CHOICE
Rum, Rhum, Pisco and Cachaca

1944 Mai Tai
Our twist on the classic Mai Tai: Crusoe Organic spiced rum, Appleton V/X rum, orgeat, Senior Curacao orange curacao, fresh lime juice; served short over crushed ice

Arawack
Batiste Rhum, Coruba rum, muddled serrano pepper and cilantro, pomegranate and lime juices, ginger syrup; served "up"

Painkiller
Fresh orange, lime and pineapple juices, cream of coconut, Angostura bitters, Pussers Royal Navy rum, Cruzan rum, grated nutmeg and flamed orange peel. Served tall over cubed ice.

Caipirinha
Fresh limes and raw brown sugar, Leblon Cachaca; served short with ice

Pisco Tropicale
Encanto pisco, Rothman & Winters Orchard apricot liqueur, muddled pineapple, fresh lime juice, grapefruit peel oil and grapefruit bitters, egg white; served "up"

CLASSICS

Cocktail a la Louisiane (circa 1930's)
Redemption rye whiskey, Benedictine, Carpano Antica vermouth, Peychaud bitters, La Fee absinthe. brandied cherries, flamed orange peel; served "up"

Last Word (circa 1920's)
Junipero Gin (distilled in San Francisco), green chartreuse, maraschino liqueur, fresh lime juice; served "up" with a twist of lime

WCYC ORIGINALS
The long time running, house-originals Ciello Rosso, The Green Whisper, Latini and Ginger-Zen are all still available

** The Walnut Creek Yacht Club now offers our version of Happy Hour--Skippers Meeting--Monday through Saturday, 3pm to 6pm.
