East India Cocktail

I've been enjoying this one lately:

2 ounces Cognac
1 teaspoon orange curacao
1 teaspoon pineapple gum syrup
2 dashes Luxardo maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
Shake and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass
garnish with a brandied cherry and flamed orange peel

I've also played around with a version that incorporates a spiced foam on top of the cocktail.  I'll post that recipe soon.
