Gin Martini, Don't Skimp On The Vermouth Please

I'm absolutely loving classic gin martinis lately, made with--gasp!--a healthy dose of dry vermouth.  That's right, I said it.  VERMOUTH!  Oh for the hills.

2 oz. Junipero Gin (distilled in San Francisco)
1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth (use a bottle of vermouth that's NOT been sitting in your window for 7 years.  Use a bottle of vermouth that's been kept in the frig with it's lid on.  Dolin is a brand that's floral, herbal, and quite delicious)
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir, strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of lemon
