The WCYC is proud to offer traditional, table-side Absinthe service using your choice of St. George or La Fee Absinthe.  We also offer a different monthly Rum Flight.  Ask us for more details

The WCYC prides itself in our bottled sodas selections, which do not contain any high fructose corn syrup.  Ask to see our list.  And we always use fresh, hand-squeezed juices and house-made syrups & purees behind the bar.  Cheers!
