The Green Hornet





4 thin slices of cucumber
3 basil leaves
Dash of Celery Bitters
1/2 oz. to 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddle well
1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz. Lime Juice
1.5 oz. Gin
Shake, fine strain into chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a large, fresh basil leaf and a twist of lime
*Can also be turned into a long drink by straining over fresh ice in a Collins glass, and topping with tonic or seltzer water*
