The Red Lion Cocktail

In 1933, Arthur Tarling of London's Café Royal won first prize in a London cocktail competition with his potent Red Lion cocktail.  I'm quite enjoying this simple, classic libation:

1 oz. London Dry Gin (although I'm subbing Junipero Gin right now)
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake well with ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a flamed orange peel
