The Ruby Refresher

A simple take on an Aperol Sour, here's the Ruby Refresher.  It's refreshing indeed, easy to make, and low on alcohol:

2 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Ruby Red GF juice (fresh)
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
3 dashes hibiscus tincture
Shake well with ice
Fine Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Top off with a healthy splash of chilled, sparkling Rosé (dry)
Garnish with a grapefruit peel cut over the drink so the oils coat the surface of the cocktail
