Two For Summer!

The Expat

4 very thin cucumber wheels
.5 oz. Pineapple Syrup
Muddle well in bottom of a mixing glass
.5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.25 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz. Batiste Rhum Agricole Blanc
Shake very well with ice
Strain into a tall glass over new ice
Top up with splash of chilled Champagne
Garnish with a thin cucumber wheel and a big sprig of fresh mint

An herbaceous, grassy, crisp & absolutely refreshing summer cocktail with layers of flavor.

Drink Your Peach!

1/2 of a fresh, very ripe peach
.5 oz. Local Honey Syrup
Muddle well
just over .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash of peach bitters
1 dash of Peychaud Bitters
A few fresh rosemary leaves
2 oz. Bourbon whiskey
Shake well with ice
Strain into a tall glass over new ice
Top up with 2 oz. Pranqster Belgian-style Golden Ale (or any floral/fruity Belgian or Belgian-style golden ale)
Garnish with a big sprig of fresh rosemary and a slice of fresh peach

The big floral nose and fruity taste profile of the Pranqster Belgian-style Ale works its way in quite nicely with the fresh peach, honey, lemon juice and Bourbon.
