Smokey & The Bandido

1.5 oz. Pineapple Infused Mezcal
1 oz. Cranberry Shrub*
.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
.25 oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
Shake, fine-strain into Coupe glass with spicy/sweet Picositos on half the rim
Flamed orange peel & skewered dried cranberries for garnish

*Cranberry Shrub = cranberries, sugar, water, cider vinegar
