Mr. Vic

Mr. Vic
1.75 oz. Banks 7 Rum
.25 oz. Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liqueur
.75 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambery
2 healthy dashes Tiki bitters
Stir well with ice
Strain into frozen Coupe glass that's been coated with oil from a lime peel
Skewered pineapple chunk for garnish
